Our standard home inspection includes the building under consideration, the building perimeter, land grade, and water drainage directly adjacent to the foundation. We also look at any trees and vegetation that could harm the building, as well as walks, grade steps, driveways, and patios. We visually inspect and analyze all the major systems and components of the home.
