MY STORY
I chose to work in this industry because I want to ensure home buyers are fully informed about the decision they are making when purchasing the largest investment they will ever make in there lifetime.
We describe our business as Family owned and operated.
Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, I settled in Lexington, KY in 2012 with my wife who wished to return to her native Kentucky after retiring from a 29 year career in the U.S. military. I have made Kentucky my home and I look forward to providing the people of Kentucky the most thorough and comprehensive home inspection services available.
WHAT MAKES OUR INSPECTIONS DIFFERENT?
“We are thorough, informative and we take our time”
Many home inspectors inspect 3 or 4 houses a day. We NEVER have more than 1 inspection per day because we believe it does not allow us to be as thorough as we should be.
Some inspectors also offer the report on site. Although the convenience of an instant report is nice, we believe that a clean, professional, comprehensive report is a must. We prefer to check our notes and review all of the findings before submitting your home inspection report. We believe our clients would prefer for us to give the extra attention to get it right and will be willing to wait a few extra hours to make sure it's accurate and complete. Our Home Inspectors deliver most reports within 24 hours and if for some reason this is not possible we will inform you of why and when you can expect your report.

We are also a member of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association, and we pride ourselves on taking more than the required yearly continuing education classes. We keep current on the latest issues pertaining to Kentucky home inspections by attending 3 industry conferences per year for Home Inspectors. We carry General Liability and Errors and Omissions Insurance.
